1 General Introduction & Applicability

All financial transactions on apk5x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — minimum deposit ৳100.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳100.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• apk5x reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers on apk5x are provided subject to specific conditions. Each offer may have its own detailed terms.

Welcome bonus terms:

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• apk5x reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected.

General bonus policy:

• Only one bonus may be claimed per household or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be used in place of cash.
• Bonus balances are non-transferable.

6 VIP Membership & Rewards Program

The apk5x VIP program is divided into three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier based on your activity and participation.

• Bronze Tier — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver Tier — weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold Tier — weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP rewards may change without prior notice. VIP benefits are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

7 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

apk5x is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any kind of fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain a strategic advantage.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, apk5x may close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

9 Sports Betting Policy

• All bets are settled based on the final official result.
• If a match is cancelled or left undecided, the bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.
• In any dispute arising from broadcast delays, apk5x's decision will be considered final.
• apk5x reserves the right to void bets in the case of an obvious pricing error.
• Settlement of bets on any match suspected of match-fixing may be suspended.

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or failure to maintain account security.
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical errors or scheduled maintenance.

• Natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

In all cases, apk5x's maximum liability will be limited to the principal amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we always prefer to resolve it through mutual discussion. The dispute resolution process:

• Step 3: apk5x will review the matter and communicate a final decision.

15 Changes to Service & Termination

apk5x reserves the right to make the following changes at any time:

• Adding new games or categories, or removing existing games.
• Changes to payment methods or transaction limits.
• Changes to the bonus structure or VIP program.
• Temporary service downtime for maintenance.
• Complete platform shutdown (with sufficient advance notice).

For significant changes, we will try to notify users as early as possible.
